Equine Therapy

Healthy as a Horse

Equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) is an incredibly powerful treatment modality. It is defined as a form of experiential psychotherapy that includes equines and activities such as handling, grooming, lungeing, and can also include riding, driving, and vaulting. EAP can help enhance self-awareness and re-pattern maladaptive behaviors, feelings and attitudes.
